JAMB SPEAKES ON ADMISSION INTO INSTITUTION

Joint Admission And Matriculation board (jamb)  speaks on admission into Nigeria universities and polythenics.

The joint admission and matriculation board in a meeting held at Lagos spoke on admission progress,jamb spokes man Dr. Fabian Benjamin told news Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Lagos that the board has offered provisional admission to more than 100,000 candidates who met the admission requirements so far.

Also hoped to utilize the remaining 80 to 90% carefully. 
The board promised that it's going to look into distributions of admission this year and ensure proper allocation of admission to those who met the requirements.

The board said it has started this year admission system,as many schools has started their admission process.
The board stress on the need of candidates to keep an eye on jamb admission system CAPS.
The board further illustrated on how admission process is been scheduled to take place in various institutions.


“The first choice admission for public universities commenced from Aug. 21 and would last till Nov. 16 and for private universities, it will be from Aug. 21 to Feb. 15, 2020.


“The second choice admissions for public universities will be from Nov. 17 to Dec. 17,’’

The board appeals to the general public to stay far from fraudster who claim to offer admission to students and sometimes disguise themselves to be jamb board members.
The board stated that it's aware of various fraudulent practice on social media.
The board is trying everything possible to see that those involved in this acts are been apprehended
